Lenoir Center

The Lenoir Center is on the campus of the First Presbyterian Church and has served residents of Caldwell County since 1996. The center is licensed for 24 participants. Many Caldwell county participants have attended Adult Life Programs Lenoir Center over the years, highlighting the success of our mission. 

FOCUS

Adult Life Programs Lenoir Center provides a safe, loving, fun environment. Participants enjoy frequent visits from the church’s preschool children, community outings, crafts and the opportunity to use present skills and learn new ones.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES

The Adult Life Programs Lenoir Center enjoys a great deal of community support and regular volunteers who come to visit, lead worship, singing, pet therapy, crafts and exercise, among other activities. In addition, the Lenoir Center hosts a monthly caregiver support group giving caregivers the opportunity to share with and enjoy one another.

STAFF

Lisa Patton, CNA II, is the Day Services Manager. Lisa has worked for Adult Life Programs for more than 12 years. Her longevity at Adult Life Programs can be attributed to the fact that she believes in the mission and genuinely enjoys the participants.

The Lenoir site’s Certified Nursing Assistants assist and monitor eligible participants’ health care needs including blood pressure, dietary needs, weight, medication administration, mobility, etc.
